Upload Your PDF File to WordPress.
Before you can embed a PDF in WordPress, you need to upload the file to your website. To do this, go to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to the “Media” section. Click on “Add New” and select the PDF file you want to upload from your computer. Once the file is uploaded, you can access it from the Media Library. Keep in mind that larger files may take longer to upload, so be patient.
Embed the PDF File in Your WordPress Post or Page.
Now that you have uploaded your PDF file to your WordPress website, it’s time to embed it in your post or page. First, open the post or page where you want to embed the PDF file. Next, click on the “Add Media” button above the text editor. This will open the Media Library. Select the PDF file you want to embed and click on the “Insert into post” button. The PDF file will now be embedded in your post or page. You can adjust the size and alignment of the PDF file by clicking on it and using the editing tools that appear.
Customize the PDF Viewer Settings.
Once you have embedded your PDF file in WordPress, you can customize the PDF viewer settings to enhance the user experience. To do this, click on the embedded PDF file in your post or page. This will bring up the PDF viewer toolbar. From here, you can adjust settings such as zoom level, page layout, and navigation options.
